What Would Be The Plot Of The Witcher Season 2?

Yennefer of Vengeberg was able, after a violent and climate change end of the early season, to hold Nilfgaard’s armies by using fire magic, but mysteriously disappeared in the process. As for Geralt and Ciri, they finally found each other and welcome each other almost as if a dad was a daughter. In a surprising turn, Ciri asked Geralt who Yennefer is, although she did not meet her.

Geralt And Ciri In The Witcher Season 2

Now that Geralt and Ciri finally find each other, they can continue their destiny. Thanks to the surprising law and her parents ‘ death, Geralt is now Ciri’s adoptive father. The Nilfgaard army remains a massive threat, and Geralt, relentlessly chasing spies for Ciri, must take her to its safest location, Kaer Morhen, the Witchers fortress.

Ciri is incredibly gifted with sorcery, great for fighting monsters, due to her elvish blood. Geralt will probably start her preparation, like himself, to become a witcher. The training of Ciri would be a challenging and tiring process. Still, her abilities with magic and Witcher training would make her an incredibly strong warrior, allowing her to defend herself and others.

Yennefer In The Witcher Season 2

After many mages had died, Tissaia de Vries and Yennefer were some of the few left alive in the battle with Nilfgaard. Tissaia ordered Yennefer to let her erupt “chaos” to take Yennefer seriously, unleashed hell on the Nilfgaardians, and used banned fire magic for the extermination of anyone who came close to him. The Nilfgaard group was effectively removed but mysteriously disappeared, leaving Tissaia puzzled and worried about where she lived.

Yennefer is not dead as an unbelievably powerful and talented Mage. Where she may have gone is unknown as well, but Yennefer will presumably be ported away from the battlefield.

Due to Geralt’s wish, in the second season, we can expect the pair to meet. And not to mention the magical abilities of Ciri, who can show them how to use real magic than one of the most talented magicians alive.

Nilfgaard And The Northern Kingdoms In The Witcher Season 2

How many Nilfgaardians were killed in the battle of Sodden is not clear, but the Magi of Aretuza has killed a fair number of men. Nilfgaard will continue to conquer the Northern Kingdoms but will fail to continue its campaign after significant losses.

King Foltest of Temeria was the first of the Northern Kingdoms to arrive. While they did not participate in the actual battle, Foltest and his army were able from a distance to see the confusion that followed the war between Nilfgaard and the mages. It is the perfect time for Temeria to counterattack the Nilfgaardian effort with Nilfgaard’s massive losses.

Mages Of Aretuza In The Witcher Season 2

The mages of Aretuza sacrificed the Nilfgaardian army. Nevertheless, with the academy losing so many strong, wise men, and with Yennefer gone, few are left to avoid the imminent Nilfgaard assault on Aretuza.

With some mages already unreliable for Nilfgaard, there is the risk of a rebellion that could lead to the destruction of Aretuza or, at the very least, to the destruction of weak mages.

Jaskier In The Witcher Season 2

Jaskier’s lovely bard always got into trouble, particularly around Geralt. Over the years, the pair have often only traveled together to leave, but only to come back years later. Jaskier will be out there, shooting the ladies of the court into his bed and getting into trouble. Being Geralt’s only known friend, if men from Nilfgaard come to meet Geralt, Jaskier will know his place.
